Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation charge is 16% of the total rate for your reservation. If you cancel for any reason and we are able to re-book your room for the same date(s), you will receive a refund based upon the rate at which we were able to re-book your room. The cancellation charge will be deducted from your refund. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to re-book your room--if we cannot do so your deposit is forfeited. You may reschedule your stay for another time within one year of your original reservation and apply the amount you would have received as a refund, had your room been re-booked, to your new reservation.

Rates may not apply to special weekends or weeks such as Sunfest, Springfest, Memorial Weekend, Labor Day Weekend, Bike Week, and/or The Car Show. All in season weekends will require a 1 or 3 night minimum stay for Friday arrivals and a 2 night minimum stay for Saturday arrivals.
