Rooms

Our cozy economical Pool Front Rooms are located at the back of the Main Building-on the deck and just a few steps away from our tropical pool.  Each room sleeps up to 4 people, with one double bed and one double-size fold-out sleep sofa.  Room has nightstand and lamp, chair, small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, air conditioner.  Bathroom with shower.

Our convenient Efficiency Main Rooms are downstairs on the front side of the Main Building, conveniently located by the parking lot.  These rooms can accommodate up to 6 guests, with two double beds and one double-size fold-out sleep sofa.  The kitchenette at the back of each room has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cupboards & countertop, and a small table with chairs. Room also has a dresser, nightstand, lamp, Cable TV, window air conditioner.  Full bathroom.

Our comfortable 1-Bedroom Main Units are upstairs on the front side of the Main Building.  Enjoy relaxing on the shared front balcony and keep an eye on the pool from the bedroom window. Up to 8 guests can be accommodated, with two double beds in the bedroom and two double-size fold-out sleep sofas in the living room.  The roomy bedroom also has a closet, dresser, chair, nightstand, lamp, air conditioner, ceiling fan.  In addition to the two sleep sofas, the living room area has end tables, lamp, dining table with chairs, cable TV, window air conditioner.  Kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, plenty of cupboards and countertop space.  Full bathroom.

Our roomy Efficiency West Rooms are upstairs in the West Building.  Relax on the shared front balcony and enjoy the convenience of the back-door entrance from the parking area, conveniently located behind the building.  Efficiency West Rooms comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, with two double beds and one queen-size sleep sofa.  Room has armoire containing microwave, small refrigerator, and cable TV; nightstand, lamp, small dining table and chairs, air conditioners.  Full bathroom.

Located on the ground floor of the West Building.  This large unit sleeps up to 12 people.  Bedroom #1 has one double bed, small dresser, air conditioner, ceiling fan.  Bedroom #2 has one double bed, one single bed, dresser, air conditioner.  Bedroom #3 has one double bed, one single bed, dresser, night stand, closet, air conditioner.  Living room has 2 queen-size sleep sofas,   coffee table, end table, lamp, cable TV, small dining table $ chairs, air conditioner.  Kitchenette had full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, lots of cupboards and countertop space.  One full bathroom.

Also located on the ground floor of the West Building, this 2-bedroom unit can accommodate up to 12 guests. Each bedroom has two double beds, dresser, large closet, air conditioner. Living room has 2 queen-size sleep sofas, a closet, coffee table, end table, lamp, cable TV, small dining table $ chairs, air conditioner. Kitchenette had full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, stainless steel sink, lots of cupboards and countertop space. One full bathroom.

This comfortable ground-floor unit on the front side of our North Building has a large, private porch-perfect for people watching while you relax with family and friends.  Just around the side the of the building and a few steps across our private deck area is the tropical pool.   This room comfortably sleeps up to 11 guests.  The front bedroom has one double bed and one single bed, closet, nightstand, lamp, air conditioner.  Back bedroom has two double beds, closet, night stand, lamp, and dresser.  Living room has two fold-out sleep sofas, electric fireplace, end tables, lamp, small dining table with chairs, cable TV, air conditioner.  Full kitchen includes full-size refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, stainless steel sink, cupboards.  Full bathroom.

This ground floor unit at the back of the North Building feels cozy and secluded-with it's secluded private patio, gated entrance from 13th Street (a very short 1-block stroll to the beach and Boardwalk!), and patio entrance to the pool.  Unit  #22 sleeps up to 8 people.  Bedroom has two double beds, night stand, lamp, air conditioner.  Closet in hallway just outside bedroom door.  Living room area has two double sleep-sofas, end table, lamp, ceiling fan, air conditioner, dining table & chairs.  The kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cupboards and countertop.  Bathroom with shower.

This upstairs unit at the back of the North Building is one of our most popular units!  Everyone loves the large private balcony overlooking the pool.  Enjoy your meals at the picnic table and spend relaxing evenings lounging with friends and family.  Go to and from your room from the inside stairway or use the back stairs to go directly from the pool to the balcony to the Pergo-floor living room.  This unit accommodates up to 9 people.  First bedroom one double bed and one single bed, night stand, lamp, dresser, closet, air conditioner, and ceiling fan.  Second bedroom has one double bed, closet, dresser, ceiling fan, and air conditioner.  Living room has two sleep sofas, end table, lamp, cable TV, dining table & chairs, ceiling fan, air conditioner.  Kitchenette has an under-the-counter refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, small sink, cupboards and countertop.  Bathroom with shower.
